Find your path into the wild green heart of the ancient forest and meet the guardian who protects this place. Find your heart renewed in this very special place.
You can listen to the journey, but I recommend setting up a small altar.
Suggested supplies are a small lit candle, a vase of flowers, a small bowl of water to represent the woodland pool, and a bowl of water with a few flowers or some pleasant scent to sprinkle around yourself and your altar when you are casting a circle. After the trance, offer the water from both bowls and the flowers to the earth. Let your candle burn all the way out if you can.
